2. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to content you submit, upload, or publish on the Platform ("Your Content"), including business information, photos, descriptions, documents, and other media. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on the Platform
• Use Your Content for platform operation and improvement
• Archive Your Content for legal and business purposes

You warrant that you own or have the legal right to submit Your Content and that submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Activities & Content

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Uploading illegal, copyrighted, or infringing content without authorization
• Posting hateful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings, user-generated content, or third-party information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) Your Content; or (d) your interactions with other users.

6. Platform Modifications & Service Changes

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual resolution or, if necessary, arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or non-payment of fees.

10. Entire Agreement
